Information

   Please email or contact us for booking through our website, Facebook or Instagram. There will be a Retainer's Fee of $150 - $200 (Non-Refundable) due at the time of booking. This fee will be applied to your total balance. Please do NOT reschedule or cancel appointments through confirmation that's sent to you at the time of booking. Please contact scheduling immediately to reschedule. Deposits are only good for 6 months and are non-refundable.

   Wait time for galleries are typically 2-4 weeks after making gallery selections. During Christmas and Graduation season galleries can take up to 6 weeks to complete. Galleries that need to be expedited will require a $100 Rush Fee. Please inform us at the time of booking! RAW images are NOT for sale or release. PLEASE do NOT remove watermarks from images. Once images are edited and released to you watermark will be removed.

   Re-edits: There will be a $60 fee to reopen the gallery to edit any photos.

At the time of booking we will request an email address to send a invoice of the package that you select. To secure your date and time for your session, the retainer's fee (non-refundable) is due to hold your date and time. The retainer's fee is applied to your balance and the remaining balance is due 5 days before your session so that all clients can be confirmed for that day as well as added to the schedule on the day before shooting. When the balance is not paid at the time that it is due we will send a reminder. No payments will NOT be accepted on the day of your session. If the client does not pay the remaining balance at the time that it is due we will only allow the client to reschedule once. We accept credit, debit and cash. NO CHECKS.

   Prints are available to order. When ordering prints, the turnaround time can be 3-6 weeks.

   There will be no refunds or retakes unless there has been a mistake on our part. We will contact you if your session has to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or overcast (cloudy).

   Natural lighting is important for quality pictures with maximum results. We can move forward with the scheduled date if the client so chooses.

   We only offer reshoots to clients if the weather is bad or if an emergency occurs during shoot. Reshoot is completely up to the photographer if she see fit. Once it is agreed for a reshoot, you have 6 months to do session before offer expires. If you have to reschedule deposit paid shoot you have 6 months to reschedule before you lose your deposit.

   Upon completing sessions, all photos become the property of United 633.
